Community Choir to Sing at Dot Gheen's Memorial Service

IN MEMORY OF DOT GHEEN

After a long fight with pancreatic cancer, Dot Gheen left us. She was a musician, an artist at the piano and organ.

She was smart, funny, inquisitive, generous, thoughtful and intelligent.

Dot was the kind of person who showed up to play for the Community Choir weak and sick with the flu, but not willing to let anyone down.

She had a good word for everyone and she had more courage in her tiny 90 pound body than a platoon of US Marines.

We never have enough people in this world like Dot Gheen. She knew at the end that it was going to be alright.

We know it too - but it doesn't make us miss her any less.

This was Dot's favorite picture - taken with one of her beloved cats.
